Good morning, Pumpkinistas!

Chris Dunn, veteran giant pumpkin grower and Pumpkinmania! laureate, sent me these pictures and the following comment: 

"Hey Stuart! Thought I'd send a couple pics of the plants' progress. The first one was planted out on April fourth. I planted her early for our local botanic garden. They want a big pumpkin by the end of August! So I'm doing my best! The second plant was just planted out a week ago,,,,,,,,, this is hopefully going to be a Pumpkinmania plant!!! That's almost 5 months away, and a lot can go wrong in that amount of time:) Wish me luck:)
