Cryptic Message and Image from The Dark Prince!
Good morning, Pumpkinistas!
I received this image and the message "It's ON baby!" from the veteran giant pumpkin grower in San Diego known only as The Dark Prince. Because of the camera angle, I don't know if the Prince is planning on growing his vine in small shoebox or is using the black plastic container in order to create a deeper planting area.
When and if His Inkiness responds to my questions, I will update this post!

I have been informed, that the container above is approximately 18 gallons. The Prince is obviously exploring minimal soil technology (MST) this season.
